Sonoran Gold Turquoise Folded Bezel Ring sz 6

What a fantastic piece of sonoran gold turquoise! The most desireable color for this stone is a mix of bright blue and lime green, and this one hits the mark. It's just a real eye-popper with that golden lightning bolt of matrix, right down the middle. It's set in my unique, silver folded bezel setting. This setting makes for a simple but one-of-a-kind piece. The edges are hand textured. The band is hand forged from a vintage die. All silver marked with my artist's hallmark. This ring best fits a size 6 and is not adjustable. The face of the ring is approximately 20mm by 10mm.

Sonoran gold is an exquisite turquoise from Sonora, Mexico that takes a hard shine. It is found in aqua blue, lime green and a mix of the two; with golden to brown matrix. The best pieces feature both blue and green. Traditionally, turquoise is taken from veins, but Sonoran gold is found in individual nuggets embedded in clay deposits. It's a stunningly pretty stone.

+ All pieces are slowly and carefully handmade, in my studio in Sheridan, Wyoming. Because of this, each piece is unique and may contain the slight imperfections that you would expect with a handcrafted item. Perfectly imperfect!
+ As with all handmade jewelry, please be mindful to take care of it. It should not be worn in the shower, while cleaning, during strenuous activities such as sports, or in the water.
+ Sun, heat, lotions and chemicals can affect stones negatively. Clean silver (not stones) with a gentle polishing cloth, especially for jewelry (Sunshine polishing cloth is recommended and included with your purchase).
