When I say we...
Most of you know I'm a one woman show. There's so much to do and a limited amount of time and energy to devote. I've started doing stone sales for my students and this has expanded into the general public, but it's really time consuming. So...I'm very pleased to announce that my son, Jaron, has joined me. This is our second family business as Jaron is also a CIA (Culinary Institute of America) trained chef and owner of specialty wood fired oven, Stoked. In his slow season, he'll be managing stone sales for me. While I'm still getting to do the part that's the most fun...choosing and buying...he's in charge of most everything else. This is a great addition to my little biz and will allow me more time to create, but still give you all the opportunity to grab some lovely stones.
